Expo for Higher Education set to showcase tertiary-level options for high school students

(Manila, Philippines) The First Expo for Higher Education or ExHEd is set to launch this October and will serve as venue for students who wish to explore their options for tertiary level education.

ExHEd, a three-day educational exhibition featuring Universities, Colleges, Senior High School, Graduate and Vocational Schools, Creative Arts Institutes and other organizations for Tertiary Level Education, will be held on Oct 21-23, 2016 at Hall 4, SMX Convention Center Manila.

Organized by World Expos and Concepts Inc. (Worldexco), this exhibition will showcase dozens of universities, colleges and academic institutions, alongside sponsors and partners. ExHEd will also include a series of presentations, career talks and other activities to aid students as they make a choice for their future.

We want to make it easier for students and their parents to collect information about different institutions for higher learning without them having to visit each and every campus which can be time-consuming and expensive” says Raquel Romero, President and General Manager of World Expos and Concepts. “This expo will serve as a gateway for them to gain more knowledge on the various opportunities that are available to students as the Philippines goes through the K to12 program", she added.

ExHEd will also provide a venue for students to explore options for studying abroad. Representatives from academic institutions from countries such as Australia, Spain and Hungary will be present to share with the students and their parents the ins and outs of applying to universities overseas.

The Expo for Higher Education’s vision is to become a one-stop-shop of different academic institutions both local and overseas, as well as auxiliary services, event sponsors and partners.
