One of the things on my bucket list is learning how to put on makeup. Technically, I know the basics, and  I've been watching tutorials online but, I still feel that I need a one on one tutorials. But I guess that would have to wait.

HALI Cosmetics Lip Blur Tints Review

I am challenging myself to get out of my comfort zone and do something new and different. And, one thing that I'd love to learn is how to put on makeup. Well, technically, I can put on makeup but just the basic, face powder or tinted sunscreen, blush on and my must-have, lipstick or lip tint, anything that would put color on my pale lips and would not make me look sick. LOL! 

So if you've been following me on social media, then you already saw my  HALI Cosmetics Lip blur tints post. Yes, slowly ticking off "putting on makeup" from my list. Yey!

All 8 shades are very pretty which makes it hard for me to choose. But, my top 3 favorites are Nicole, Skylar, and Brielle. They all make my teeth look white especially the red ones.

Self-care. I don't know how many times I've talked about it ever since the pandemic began. What I know is, it's one of the most important things we can do for ourselves now more than ever. He drank it around 5:30 pm and said he felt fine so he was able to resume his activity normally. In about 3 hours, around 8:30 pm he already felt the urge to defecate so he went in for his first trip to the bathroom to relieve himself. We observed and waited but there was no trip no.2 even after we fell asleep. It's not like having LBM at all. It's more on like disposing excess water in your body. He did lost his appetite which is one of the side effects of this drink. All he had for dinner is some cheese sandwich  and some water.

TAKE NOTE, the reaction depends from one person to another. That's why it is advisable to take mySlim at the comfort of your home when you don't have important plans ahead to avoid inconvenience.

It's a perfect choice for your fitness regimen but of course everything should be incorporated with self discipline. My advise is for you to still watch out your food intake, opt for healthy food as much as possible and keep moving!
