Even before the coronavirus broke out last year, I have been a working-from-home mom and a content creator. So being confined at home is not new to me at all. But to some, this is a huge adjustment.
Even appointments with healthcare professionals have been controlled, with priorities given to urgent
medical matters. Other health concerns such as eye care are sometimes considered non-urgent. At the same time, people (including myself) continue to be exposed to blue light coming from electronic gadgets like mobile phones, computers, and tablets.
Blue light exposure or long exposure to gadgets and computers may lead to an increased risk of eye
problems like tired eyes, eye strain, macular degeneration, and other eye-related problems for both young and adult persons. Hence, the need for proper eye care.
Given the nature of my work as a work-from-home-mom and a content creator, if I’m not in front of the computer, you’ll see me on my phone. Plus as a mom, my offline activities include tutoring my 3 children every day. So it’s important that I take good care of my eyes. For this, I started taking vitaClear supplement. I also share it with Jaear who’s working from home too and a gamer.
