Why should schools invest on Rubber Mulch

I personally support going the natural way of dealing with things, but it can change when the fun and safety of my kids are involved. We tell our kids how their teachers are like their second parents at school so why not make school a better and safer place for kids to consider it as their second home too?

Playground and parks normally have grass flooring which helps make the place children friendly but there are cases where natural grass areas become muddy and unsafe in wet conditions, thus; where Rubber Mulch comes in handy as it provides a natural looking flooring option which still protects kids from injuries when using play equipment.

A friendly place to get more information on what Rubber Mulch is and how to get it installed on outdoor playground, recreational areas at schools nurseries and even on parks can be easily found at Soft Surfaces.

What I love most about this ingenious idea is that they reused truck tires which also promotes the importance of reusing waste and turning it into something that helps people. You also won't need to do any ground works like removing trees. It can even be installed on mud and tarmac surfaces as it's particularly adaptable. A big +1 for being environment-friendly right?

There are no more worries when we see our kids fall down with the impact absorbing rubber mulch. We can simply let our kids be kids and let them pick themselves up whenever they fall down. A +1 on parenting for that part I must say.

Cost wise it's quite budget friendly and economical because their product comes in various colors and design which makes it flexible to work on your budget. You can easily get a quotation by visiting their website. Here's a sneak peak on how the installation is done:

Children learn as they play. Most importantly in play, children learn how to learn.

THE DANGERS OF SIDE EFFECTS PRESENTED AS MAIN EFFECTS

In the medical world, proper use of words is highly called for because a simple mistake could complicate things usually unwanted for the patients. Because this field has full of jargons that mostly are too technical to not easily be sifted and digested by the general public, putting them in a layman’s term is indeed helpful.

A good example of which are the words “side effect” and “main effect”. These, are more often than not, interchanged or used instead of the other. Doing so is not just wrong but also dangerous to the people’s health.

A side effect of any substance pertains to the result beyond the main or primary action that is intended by the physician giving drug prescription. The doctor, likewise, foresees this extra consequence.

Is Your House Ready For Climate Change?

Nobody's quite sure exactly how severe climate change will be when it finally gets into full swing, but the latest projections don’t make for pretty reading. While it’s reasonable to expect that those in charge will eventually put measures in place to stop climate change from having too much of an impact, in all likelihood, we will have to put up with some of the effects - and soon. As such, it’s important that you get your home ready for the climate shift; if you prepare sufficiently, then you’ll be in a good position to handle whatever the natural world throws at you.

Let Kids be Kids at the Biggest Kiddie Party Ever! #SMKidsCity2017

Having fun, guiding our kids, loving them, and letting them enjoy their childhood is our most important roles as parents. Most parents especially working moms would have to admit though that it's not as easy as it sounds. I already consider myself a supermom when I get to squeeze in an extra activity or bonding moment with my family. Oh, how I wish they can stay as kids forever but time would definitely not allow it. That's why it's important to seize the moment and spend as much time with our kids as possible. Our usual bonding time is going to the mall to eat, shop, watch a movie and even shopping but last Saturday, July 29, we spent quality time at SM Southmall for the launching of the biggest kiddie party which SM Supermarket and Savemore Market is throwing; SM Kid's City!

I don't know who was more excited me or the kids because there was so much going on! There were freebies everywhere! We got to experience the different taste of URC, Knorr, Purefoods, Maggi, Lucky Me!, American Garden, Nexttrade Philippines, Papa Catsup, McCormick, Federated Distributors Inc., Lady's Choice and Delimondo.

There were also interactive activities for everyone where we get to witness the effectiveness of the products from Pampers and Johnson's Baby which can all be found at SM Supermarket and Savemore Market.

Imagine, all our favorite brands gathered together to throw a kiddie party where everyone is invited to enjoy fun games, cool rides, exciting activities, special promos and awesome guests like the Minions, Team Yey and my kids' favorite Pororo! and again did I mention that admission is FREE?!

Kids enjoying the free rides!

Activity area for the kids, where they can color, play and have fun!

Food is life as my youngest daughter likes to say and Kids' City has SM Eats that offers its best-selling turon with langka that's considered as Pinoy's "Pambansang Merienda" along with rice meals, lumpiang togue, cheesy corn, brownies, and soft serve icecream. Also in the city are Pizza Pedrico's, Daisee's Cupcakes, Aling Nene's Kakanin, Galax Kakanin, Infinit Biscocho, Ivy Sushi, and Starkaffea. This surely made it easier to make our bonding time fun filled and productive at the same time because I was able to shop some goodies as they were offered at a discounted price.

We surely had a blast especially the kids.

What are you waiting for moms and dads? Let your kids be kids at SM's Kids' City. Roadshows scheduled is as follow:
  • · SM Fairview on August 5
  • · SM Bacoor on August 19
  • · SM San Lazaro on September 2
  • · and the grand finale at SM Megamall on September 16.
So better mark your calendars and make sure not to miss this fun-filled day that your kids will surely appreciate at SM Supermarket and Savemore Market's Kids' City!
