I prepare and cook our food as much as possible. It took me a while, but I am slowly getting the hang of meal planning. I plan our meals every week ahead of time. I list everything down in my notebook, (yes, I still prefer to write things down hehe) our ulam, the list of ingredients to make sure I get to buy everything that's needed in the market. I try to incorporate as many veggies and fruits in every meal. I admit there are times that I fail to stick with the meal plan because you know, some days are busier than the others. But, I don't beat myself up for it. I just make up for it and try to do better at managing my time. Taking it one day at a time.
We all take vitamins. Our immunity needs all the boost it can get, especially during these times. The kids have their own vitamins, and so do Jaear and me. Though I admit, it's us parents who forget to take our vitamins sometimes. Haha!
