And, since it's the Holy Week, and a lot of people, including myself are observing meatless week. I am sharing with you the recipes of the 2 meals I prepped. They are the Dory Kabayaki with Sweet Pea, Corn, and Carrots and Dory Kabayaki with Spinach and Shitake Mushrooms.
