Today, Brianna asked me if I was going to take a nap so she could use my phone. Lol! It's funny because, when they were still toddlers, I always let them have naps so I could take a break from parenting, even just for a few minutes or an hour, if I'm lucky. Haha!

Building good hygiene habits starts at home. And, as a mom, I make sure I let my kids understand how important hygiene is and how being clean can keep them healthy and away from sickness.
